Spring Break Link-Up: Packing Guide

9. BRING LOTS OF TSHIRTS
10. Always bring a good purse and a wristlet. That way you can pack some of your smaller things in your purse, as well as use it on your trip.
My post is going to be a spring break packing guide! This year I'm going to Gaitlinburg, Tennessee for a few days and I'm super excited! I will list my tips and tricks below for a perfect spring break packed bag/bags!
1. My first tip is to make sure you check the weather for the specific place your are going on break, that way you can pack the right kind of clothes. This can be tricky if you are going somewhere where the weather changes practically everyday #ohioprobs, but try and make the best guess you can.
2. Tip #2 also relates to the type of clothes, if you are going somewhere where the weather changes, defineatly pack a variety of clothes. I always bring a pair of sweatpants, leggings, jeans, and a couple jackets just in case. I might even throw my bean boots in my bags if there's enough room.
3. Always bring a swimsuit! No matter where your going, you never no when you might need swimsuit! Whether it's hot or cold, there could be a pool, ocean, or even a hottub in the middle of winter!
4. As far as beauty/bath items, always bring a shower bag or cosmetic bag for everything! Defineatly bring your essentials i.e. toothbrush, toothpaste, extra contacts, band aids, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner, glasses, face wash, moisturizer, makeup etc.
5. For hair care, obviously ;), bring a hairbrush, straightner, hair dryer, hair spray etc. I also have a few specific product recommendations. I have recently started using John Frieda Beach Blonde Sea Waves Sea Salt Spray. It's makes your hair feel, and smell like you just got out of the ocean, while giving your hair a texturized curl. 6. As far as makeup goes, I've been loving my Maybelline Fit Me Powder. It's great for a girl on the run, perfect for spring break!
7. I don't know if it's just me, but while I'm on vacation or spring break, I just usually feel super motivated to work out and run. I defineatly take advantage of the sidewalks and small towns where I go. With that being said, I always pack a pair of gym shoes and a few workout clothes.

8. For accessories, I always bring a baseball cap, croakies, and a few statement pieces of jewelry.
11. Always bring a light jacket. I'm bringing my favorite Vineyard Vines Shep Shirt!
12. My last tip is simply HAVE FUN! Don't stress about packing, it's your spring break, have fun!

Janet & Jane Review

Now into the review! I recieved this adorable floral printed skirt from Janet and Jane, it's so cute and easy to style! I would totally recommend Janet and Jane! The shipping was fast, the only suggestion I have, is if you are a smaller built waist, I would recommend using a belt because they run a bit big. December Favorites ❄️❄️❄️
Happy New Year everyone! December has been a crazy month with all of the parties, food, Christmas🎅 , and New Years! So needless to say, I've had a lot of favorites!
My first favorite, by far, are my bean boots! I got these in November and have literally been wearing them practically everyday! 
My next favorite are my Lululemon leggings! I got these for Christmas, and I'm not going to lie, I wore them the whole last week of break...
My 3rd favorite is vineyard vines t-shirts. I have a **slight obsession, let's just say I got a few more for Christmas.
My 4th favorite are Bath & Body Works candles! I have been burning them in my room everyday! My favorite scents are Merry Cookie & Tiki Beach!
I have been LOVING my Nike Free Flyknit 4.0 running shoes in orange & pink! I mentioned these in my last post {Holiday Gift Guide 2015} and I got them for Christmas! They are currently on sale, and by far my favorite and most comfortable Nikes I have EVER owned!
My final favorite of December & 2015 is my new comforter from target! I just got it Yesterday but I thought I would mention it! It's great quality for the price ($39.99) and goes great with all of my pillows and room decor I already have.

Christmas Gift Guide 2015
"Santa Clause coming tooooo townnnnn" *insert music ;)
So it's the most wonderful time of the year again, and I'm here to tell you all about great gifts for 2015! These are a few things I'm asking for, and a few of my favorites that I already have! But I'm am so so so grateful for everything that end up getting, and let's get on with the ho ho ho ing, the hot chocolate drinking, Christmas music playing, and My Christmas Gift Guide 2015!
• J. Crew Fair Isle Vest ($49.50 at J.Crew Factory, $140ish at J.Crew)
Fair Isle is all the rage this season, and this vest is perfect for layering!
• Fair Isle Socks ($4-$15)
Super great for bean boots and duck boots, they add a great pop of color to any outfit!
• Vineyard Vines Shep Shirt ($125)
This is hands down the cutest shep shirt I have ever seen! I mean come on, it's sequins AND it's grey, how much better can it get!
• J. Crew Fair Isle Sweater ($44-$122)
As probably you can tell now, I'm kind of obsessed with fair isle and this is a perfect (not) ugly sweater to give to your friends or family!
• Vineyard Vines T-shirt ($29)
I love vv tshirts sooo much! These are kind of pricey, but let me tell you a trick, if you're an average 14 year old girl like me, then you can find in a boys large or extra large for half the price!
• Nike Free Flyknit 4.0 ($80-$120)
These are the cutest pair of running shoes out there, and they'd be a great gift to ask Santa 🎅 for *wink wink
• Lokai Bracelets ($18)
I loveeee my Lokai and they come in a ton of colors for a great cause, at my Hallmark you can get them for $14.99 in store which is $3 cheaper! These bracelets are an inexpensive gift to give to your friends, and I'll guarantee you, they'll love them!
• Sperry Saltwater Duck Boots ($120)
These are the cutest and most stylish boots this winter! I have these in navy, and have bean boots in brown. Unfortunately the L.L. Bean Bean Boots are backordered until March 2016 :((. But these are a great alternative!
• Vineyard Vines Holiday Sticker Pack ($12.50)
Great for a secret Santa exchange, or a gift. But come on girls, these are adorable!

• IPhone 6 Gold ($50-$99 from Verizon)
Yes, yes, I do know the rose gold 6s just came out! But, I personally am asking for a new phone for Christmas because my 5s cracked, and I am due for an upgrade. But this is a more expensive gift, so maybe ask Santa for it!
• Lululemon Black Wunder Under Leggings ($98)
I've heard these are the best leggings out there, and would love to give or recieve these for Christmas!

A Whaley good vacation
Hey everyone! High school has begun for me and Lauren, and A LOT has changed! From sports practices to homework to making friends, I guess you could say we've been very busy!😀 We apologize for the lack of posts, but we are back, and better than ever!
So with school starting and summer ending you may have already seen a few of my Whaley great vacation pictures, but here's a bunch more! We spent a week at the lake with one of my best friends, and had the time of our lives! Without further ado... Enjoy!
